Bike to Work Day

Bike to Work Day is rapidly approaching and the City of Dublin is working to promote the event within the Dublin community. There are several opportunities for local organizations to increase their involvement in Bike to Work Day. The City of Dublin invites all businesses and organizations to participate in the annual regional event.

A great program, Team Bike Challenge, offered by The East Bay Bicycle Coalition (EBBC), takes place throughout the month of May. The Team Bike Challenge encourages teams of 2-5 bicyclists to replace car trips with bike trips during May. Bicyclists earn points for their team every day they accomplish the task. Teams can track their points and standing in the county and regional competition online at Bay Area Bicycle Coalition (www.btwd.bayareabikes.org/tbc). Registration begins April 1st.
