- Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce website and participation in its programs are intended for individuals aged 13 and older, with parental consent required for minors under 18. Membership is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations that operate lawfully and support the Chamber’s mission of ethical business and community engagement. Access to certain features or events may require account registration or meet specific eligibility criteria, and the Chamber reserves the right to deny or revoke access for conduct inconsistent with its values or applicable laws. The site is intended for U.S. residents.
- Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and materials displayed on the Dublin Chamber of Commerce website are the exclusive property of the Chamber or its authorized partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any site materials is strictly prohibited. - We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. - Prohibited activities include data scraping, hacking, impersonating others, distributing malware, or sending unsolicited communications (spam).
We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
- We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Dublin Chamber Chamber of Commerce, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dublin Chamber of Commerce and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
- Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we’ve created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. - User-Generated Content
Members and Public Partners may have opportunities to submit content to the Dublin Chamber of Commerce website, including events, news releases, hot deals, comments, reviews, event feedback, or uploaded materials. By contributing content, users agree to ensure that submissions are respectful, lawful, and relevant to the Chamber’s mission and community standards. The Chamber reserves the right to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion, without prior notice. By submitting content, users grant the Chamber a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with its programs, communications, and promotional efforts
- Third-Party Links

- The Chamber is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services on these third-party sites.
- Users are encouraged to review the terms and policies of any external sites they visit.
- Membership & Event Terms
Membership with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce is open to eligible individuals and organizations committed to supporting our mission and may be renewed annually in accordance with posted terms.
Event registration is subject to availability and may require advance payment. For catered events, cancellations made fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the event are non-refundable. For eligible refunds, the full amount—less any credit card processing fees—will be issued by check and mailed within one week following the event. All payments and cancellations are governed by the Chamber’s published policies and may be updated periodically.
- Event Participation
Participation in Dublin Chamber of Commerce events is guided by clearly defined eligibility criteria, which may vary based on the intended audience, sponsorship level, or registration status. These requirements will be prominently outlined in event materials to ensure transparency and alignment with event goals. The Chamber reserves the right to limit or deny participation if a registrant does not meet the stated criteria or fails to adhere to event policies, including codes of conduct and registration procedures. This ensures a respectful, purposeful environment that supports meaningful engagement for all attendees.
- Termination of Use
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms.
Provisions such as ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability will remain in effect post-termination.

- The Dublin Chamber of Commerce provides this website and its associated services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind. Governing Law
This website is controlled by Dublin Chamber Chamber of Commerce from our offices located in Dublin, in the state of California, United States. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Dublin, in the state of California, United States, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Dublin, in the state of California, United States, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located near Dublin, in the state of California, United States. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
